Online Care: Common Questions
Is the membership required to be seen?
No. The $99/month membership is an option for ongoing online support. You can also be seen in person at our West Palm Beach or Wellington office without a membership.
Are GLP-1 medications prescribed automatically with membership?
No. GLP-1 medications are never automatic. They are prescribed by a licensed physician only when clinically appropriate and after a medical evaluation. GLP-1 therapy is not appropriate for everyone.
What does the $99/month membership cover?
Membership covers ongoing physician-guided care coordination, secure messaging, progress tracking, lab review coordination, and the education library. Medication and lab costs are billed separately.
Do I ever need to come into the office?
Many patients can be supported online, but your physician may recommend an in-person evaluation when clinically appropriate. Our West Palm Beach and Wellington offices are available when you need them.
